1	c	Onion; chopped
1	ts	Salt
1	ts	Garlic powder
12	oz	Salsa
1	c	Rice, cooked
1/2	c	Nonfat sour cream
1	c	Nonfat monterey jack cheese

Recipe by: Unknown Brown meat and onions in seasonings. Drain fat.

Mix remaining ingredients and top with cheese.

Microwave 5 minutes on medium high.
